Product Management

As Co-Founder & Director of Product Strategy & Partnerships at Reelize, I led the product management of the entire application. My responsibilities included:

  • Product Strategy: Directed the development of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.

  • AI/ML Integration: Oversaw the integration of AI and machine learning technologies to enhance product capabilities and predictive analytics.

  • Feature Definition: Defined key features and functionalities, focusing on optimizing user experience.

  • Data Management: Managed data collection, training, and validation processes to ensure the accuracy and performance of AI models.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Led cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive and innovative product.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensured rigorous testing and quality assurance processes were in place to maintain high standards of the application.

UI/UX Design

As the lead for UI/UX design at Reelize, I spearheaded the creation and optimization of the user interface and experience. My responsibilities included:

  • Design Strategy: Developed and implemented a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy to align with the overall product vision and user needs.

  • User Research: Conducted user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback, ensuring the design met user expectations.

  • Wireframing and Prototyping: Created wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma to visualize and iterate on design concepts.

  • Visual Design: Crafted visually appealing and intuitive interfaces, focusing on enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.

  • Collaboration: Worked closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the application.

  • Continuous Improvement: Iteratively refined the design based on user feedback and data analytics, continuously enhancing the user experience.

Capital Raising 

I led the design of all pitch deck iterations, spearheaded pitching efforts, and successfully secured $100K through NVIDIA's Inception Program and $25K from MIT for research purposes.

Marketing

As the leader of the marketing efforts at Reelize, I spearheaded our go-to-market strategy, driving significant user acquisition and industry recognition. My responsibilities included:

 

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Developed and executed a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that effectively positioned Reelize in the market.

  • User Acquisition: Implemented targeted marketing campaigns that successfully attracted 200 beta users.

  • Industry Recognition: Achieved visibility and recognition from top content creators, production teams, and studios worldwide.

  • Brand Awareness: Utilized various marketing channels to increase brand awareness and engagement.

  • Performance Metrics: Monitored and analyzed marketing performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and user growth.
